Cancellations

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment at The Beauty Oasis. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a rebooking fee valued at 50% of the scheduled services does apply and will be due before a new appointment can be scheduled.

No Shows

If you fail to cancel and do not show up for an appointment at The Beauty Oasis, a rebooking fee valued at 75% of the scheduled services does apply and will be due before a new appointment can be scheduled.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, services may need to be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I will do my best to accommodate you, however your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a No Show fee will apply.

Appointment Modification

If you cancel a portion of the services you are scheduled to receive with less than 24 hours notice or at the time of service, a fee equal to 50% of the difference in services in addition to the reduced appointment cost will be due.

Pricing

All published prices are starting prices for services. Prices may vary due to higher than average time or product usage.

Service Satisfaction

If you have any challenges with your hair, you must contact The Beauty Oasis within 7 days of the initial appointment to request an adjustment free of charge. The decision to provide a complimentary adjustment will be at the discretion of The Beauty Oasis and you will be made aware of any applicable charges prior to scheduling. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Product Returns

A very lightly used product may be exchanged for an alternate product by your next scheduled hair appointment. In order to exchange a product, you  must contact The Beauty Oasis within 21 days of purchase to initiate the exchange.
